We will paddle on the Burnt River from Kinmount to the spectacular Three Brothers Falls. Along the way we will see a trestle bridge and other remnants of the old railway system At the Falls we will leave our boats at the bottom of the Falls and climb up the bank to the top of the first Falls where we will have a snack or lunch before we paddle back to Kinmount.
All participants need to have their own canoe or kayak and safety equipment. All participants must wear a PFD. Older children who are proficient paddlers are welcome to paddle on this outing. Children as passengers in tandem canoes are also welcome (they don’t need to be included in the total number).
