“The Frost Center has over 20 kms of hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. You will experience some rugged terrain, possibly some wet, muddy areas on the trail and most importantly, there will be significant elevation changes that will include some steep ascents and descents. Some parts of the trail will have loose stones and gravel.
We have the opportunity to do a series of stacked loops that will vary the length of the hike from 8-12 kms. The distance will be determined by the group as we progress. Along the way you will walk through some very beautiful forest, pass through wetland areas, hike along the shore of Lake St. Nora and then experience some spectacular look outs over the lake. If the weather is decent, we will plan on stopping at one of these look outs for lunch.”
Dogs allowed.
