“Our bodies know that they belong; it is our minds that make our lives so homeless… We have fallen out of rhythm with life. The art of belonging is the recovery of the wisdom of rhythm”. – John O’Donohue
In this meditative processional to Crane Lake, we will use sound bathing and forest bathing techniques to release ourselves into the magic of the forest and deepen our sense of belonging.
At Crane Lake, we will do a ceremony to open, even more, to the beauty around and within.
The way back will be a joyous celebration of the wonders we encountered.”
